Our modern SCOTUS is a joke with power... It ruling dealing with a web design who made up her case. She was never solicited to make a web page by a gay couple or person. There was no injury the case should have die out in the lower courts. The case was design to be brought before SCOTUS to bring back bigotry disguised as free speech and religious freedom... The SCOTUS has brought back "Separate but Equal" back in vogue... It's time to change SCOTUS and burn the Slaver Constitution... Time for a knew Convention... These right wing judges know which cases ahead of time are meant to reverse decades of progress...

Let see, SCOTUS has gutted voting rights, ended Abortions rights, brought back "separate but equal" bigotry, and killed affirmative action programs... I see they have not reverse one vote one person yet but give them time, the billionaires want more than one vote... I think Timocracy going to be brought back by SCOTUS because our Founding Father actually created in 1787, not a republic. You know SCOTUS is all about originalism...

Here are Brookings listing changes to SCOTUS many are already known but they summarize them well...The trust is gone gut the court is reduced to two members and all decisions are reviewed by the House... with up or down votes...

The Republicans are coming to end diversity... One court case was all they needed... This case was not about Harvard but about this...

A group of Republican U.S. state attorneys general on Thursday warned the country's largest companies that certain workforce diversity policies could be illegal in light of the U.S. Supreme Court's decision effectively striking down affirmative action in higher education. Republican state officials threaten legal action over company diversity policies.

.

The decision does not directly affect employers, but in a concurring opinion Justice Neil Gorsuch noted that the federal law banning race bias in federally-funded programs, including higher education, is "essentially identical" to the law prohibiting workplace discrimination.

Well SCOTUS is up to wreaking of democracy and going for a big power grab since 1803... The laughed about the administrative state a few times during oral arguments... We will be in the 1950s sooner than you know...

During a major hearing this week, the conservative justices made clear they’re about to gut the federal government’s power to regulate—and take that power for themselves
