Here in Orange county, we had a Rosewood moment. The town than called Ocoee now a city in the 1920's lynched a black man for trying to vote and then march the rest of the black families out of the town . A black family did not live in Ocoee again until the 1990's. The tree used to lynch the man is still there today. I tell you there were more Rosewoods than we know...

For example coding camps were supposed to allow plebes to advance in class, but ........

The same is true of the IT students graduating with an overburden of student debt.

A question arises that if AI replaces humans in a consumer driven society who is going to buy rich folks products or are the rich just going to buy and sell luxury goods to each other.

In Florida, when the hurricanes came through this time, middle and lower classes cannot rebuild and are leaving, vulture capitalists are swarming to buy up their land to build luxury houses and condos. Real estate agents are ecstatic, but who the hell will buy them. Will the rich just swap houses/condos between themselves?

After watching economic videos, I needs to go eat an antidepressant infused chocolate bar and drink a bottle of wine.

I don't understand your question... I got more details...

A major force behind this new facility was Isaac Myers (1835-1891), who had been born in Baltimore. While Maryland was a slave state, Myers’ parents were free-born African-Americans.

The question is. Did he know Frederick Douglass or not? I specialize in research in free born blacks before the Civil War. Isaac Myers was friends with Rev Robert Jefferson Breckinridge DD.

Isaac Myers is buried in Washington County near Pittsburgh. The Breckinridge family? That's a very common name around Pittsburgh like Carnegie and Mellon. The Silversmith Myers family I am looking for are related to Paul Revere and Jenny Lind. For sure they made silver chalices for Cardinal John McCloskey. They were also friends with Thomas Jefferson. They were known as the S&S Myers Company in Richmond and Norfolk VA with family in Pittsburgh, Boston, NYC and Santa Barbara California. I do know Frederick Douglass was a friend with George Eastman in Rochester NY.

Silversmith Myers family
AI summary...

Myer Myers and Paul Revere were prominent silversmiths who were contemporaries and fellow patriots during the American Revolution, but historical records do not indicate they had a personal relationship. Myers worked primarily in New York, while Revere was based in Boston, and the styles of their work were characteristic of their different regions.
