Step 3: finding and configurating some matter where we can put the info in

Step 4: recognizing that those 4 fish &the fishy turtle are still alive and around
Step 5: calling Alpha Centauri: Are they all over there?

Step 6: answer is yes: shooting 4 fish and a fishy turtle and throwing the on the pile of matter labled: 4 income use
Step 6: if no go back to step 1, Alpha Centauri does the shooting
