"If two or more persons in any State or Territory, or in any place subject to the jurisdiction of the United States, conspire to overthrow, put down, or to destroy by force the Government of the United States, or to levy war against them, or to oppose by force the authority thereof, or by force to prevent, hinder, or delay the execution of any law of the United States, or by force to seize, take, or possess any property of the United States contrary to the authority thereof, they shall each be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both."

Walz has not reached any stage of it... Talk about Governor Perry and how many times he called for secession...
It was 15 years ago that Texas Gov. Rick Perry had heads snapping across the country for pushing the idea that his state could secede. “We were a republic. We were a stand-alone nation. And one of the deals was, we can leave any time we want,” Perry wrongly told tech visitors in Austin back in 2009. “So we're kind of thinking about that again." You say all states have the power, but when a state wants to exercise its power to oppress the tyranny of the Federal Government, faced with ICE, you call for prison and label them as insurrectionists... You can not have it both ways. You say the state could secede back in 1861 and stand up to Lincoln's overreach, but to a governor is doing the same thing, standing up for his state, and you're cheering on the oppressors... You are a phony...
I said that the US government has DE FACTO authority-- which Tim Walz claims is de jure, JUST LIKE YOU DO.

He mentioned secession as a POSSIBILITY-- he NEVER called for it.
Walz, meanwhile, has engaged in sedition by ordering preparation of the Minnesota National Guard to resist ICE agents.
He THINKS that he's going to divert attention from his scandal, but he's just jumping out of the frying-pan into the fire.

Make up your mind... Are you for state secession? Are you for states nullifying federal laws? Do states have to follow the 14th Amendment? You need to make up your mind... but I do know you are MAGA...
I observe the fact that state ELECTORATES are supreme, not state GOVERNMENTS ever since 1787; while the 1861 incident was a self-coup which established the US government as the de facto authority, and Walz is only a STATE GOVERNMENT official-- who thus legally answers to that de facto federal authority, UNLESS he is directed otherwise by the DE JURE authority the Minnesota ELECTORATE, and PROCLAIMS it such against a federal self-coup (which he does NOT).
And you say that Trump's authority is from the USA as a LEGITIMATE national union, so you are hoisted on your own petard of hypocrisy... just like Walz.
He gave warning-orders to the Minnesota National Guard, to begin prepping them to act against ICE agents.

However Donald Trump knows better than to interrupt an enemy when who's destroying himself; so he won't order any arrest while Walz is in the middle of doing that very thing, and turn him into a martyr to interfere with the scandal-prosecution.
