That would be superfluous. Although I would allow that he would encourage tips from yourself or others.

This reminds me of the well circulated story of the huge Shasta mass poisoning that took place at Ft Jones. It began somewhere in the mid-1980s, and has popped up all over the internet, especially on sites specializing in Native American victimhood. 3,000 Shastas were supposedly given poisoned beef after the treaty signing of 1854, by the US army.

Never happened.

It is funny. This weird, stupid, Lost Cause myth has been super popular today. The Devil's Punchbowl as the location of the mass murder of freed slaves by the Union Army:
