Thanks, I'll look more into it.This is the only book I can find in my library. It is a good, detailed history of the 1824 election.

That would be a good ancestor to have because you would also be related to John, Abigail, Charles Francis, and Henry Adams. Long before the Kennedys they were the first family of America.According to my grandmother and another relative I'm related to John Q. Adams. I plan to look and see how.
