Israel did sell weapons to China but so did the US and NATO. Today China can steal technology from the US. Israel doesn't sell weapons to Russia at least not recently. There are Russian troops on Israels border with Syria so Israel doesn't want to antagonize Russia. The West still buys Russian hydrocarbons. India and China do far more trade with Russia then does Israel and no sanctions from the West about that. Israel does not bully it's neighbors it will retaliate against Lebanon and Syria when they are attacked by either country.

Who helped the Syrian government with manpower in their civil war but the Russians allow Israel to bomb Hezbollah at will... while the Russian help the Syrian government with airpower... It does does always respond to attacks to drop bombs. Look, at Syria today they bomb inside its borders without any direct cause. The rockets you talk about a unguided garage rockets and Israel here uses misappropriate force to return. You right if someone fired rocket at us we return fire but not the misappropriate use of force.

Israel is a small overcrowded country they already took 8n over 60k African refugee's. There are limits. Israel is the homeland of the Jewish people although they did take in non Jews. There plenty of Moslem and Christian countries why don't you get on their case? There's other religions that have their countries you just like to pick on the Jews.

Israel per the article is not having issues as they can still trade with Russia and they have not had any restrictions on their free trade agreement with the US. Sanctions have been around for a long time and have a mixed record at best.
The Israelis have evaded sanctions in the past trading with Rhodesia and South Africa and even Cuba . Israel had sanctions from the Arab League for decades and obviously said sanctions basically collapsed over time with Israel making no concessions.
As stated earlier Russias biggest trading partner by far is China. Russia is Israels 15th largest trading partner is Russia and that's mostly buying oil and Israel can easily replace oil imports from Russia.
Many Oligarchs are fleeing to Israels new best friend the UAE which has said they will not follow sanctions but no on gives the UAE grief about that.
Israel is in a delicate position has the Russian is next door in Syria so they don't want to antagonize Russia so they can bomb Hezbollah and the Iranian Revolutionary Guards before they attack Israel.
If Russian and Israeli relations take a turn for the worse the Israeli weapons such has their drones and anti tank missiles could cause severe damage to the Russians in the Ukraine so Putin who speaks to PM Bennet quite a bit doesn't want hostile relations with Israel either.
