guys if you want to talk about that kind of naval warfare open a pertinent thread for it - it's got nothing to do with piracy polizei_p.gif

You might want to look up the meaning of pirata (Latin) genus female but natural genus male

Pirata means every bootygrapper regardless whether on sea or land, wether officer or everybody, Freibeuter (Filibuster) or paid

It means just do it without a direct chain of command

Booty = not a piece of a, but of course pieces of e

latin isn't all that relevant here - take a lexicon from toughly 1880 to 1900 and look it up there

... you (and you alone) know why you think pirata is femininum

Just read my post

-a is female but there is the roman construct of natual genus, which in this case overrules it (no Roman ever seen a pirates with t**s and survived to tell)

thus pirata is male

did You ever have Latin classes? did You ever listen? pirata is the standard example for natural genus

bollocks - pirata is originally a greek word and thusly may look strange to those who don't know that
i may consider your idea if you show me just one link calling it femininum or a link for that strange concept of yours
