I have a case of Narcolepsy driven by noon in the South and simply cannot continue to review it.

It might generate some interesting conversation. It appears the author is trying to evaluate Indian participation in the Civil War by studying the various memorials, statues and other commemorative items. I'm not sure about that premise since it is an automatically biased one, so I'm not too sure what she's developing.

The premise may be more like how is Indian participation in the Civil War commemorated. Either way a difficult subject.

Tricky, too - commemorations are always liable to interpretation. The Vietnam War memorial for American Indians was a remarkable one - one of the few that was fair. It really depends on what time frame the statue, memorial, etc was done in.
