Manhunt is an AppleTV series on the assassination of Lincoln and the hunt for J.W. Booth. Its an appalling load of crap, utterly unbelievable if you know stuff about the Civil War, and unbelievable if you don't know about the Civil War. Bad acting, bad script, bad facial hair(I'll never criticize Gettysburg again).

They screwed it up? Dang. Swanson's book "Manhunt" was good, and the accompanying one "Bloody Crimes" was very good. Had no idea how complex Lincoln's funeral was!

You know, in the last few years the entertainment business has lost its individuality and inspiration, to put it mildly. Like Kirk Douglas with the fiddler on the roof of his real home as opposed to the bland beige and dull pink of celebrity homes now. Any rich character can live there and never have to change a thing!
