Repetition is concession... You conceded long ago...
I repeated FACTS AND LOGIC, which is NOT concession.

You are an ideologue who validates the US government one hand, and then complains about it about it on the other, just like Karl Marx.marx.jpgmarx2.jpg

Now you are gish galloping.
ALL THAT MATTERS, is that the states were 13 fully sovereign nations via the 1783 Treaty of paris.

Were the states 13 fully sovereign nations in 1783, or were they not?

Just none that are TRUE.

From https://www.google.com/search?q=wha...INTk0MmowajmoAgCwAgE&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8 :

"Free, sovereign, and independent states," refers to political entities with absolute, self-governing authority, entirely free from external control, foreign rule, or subordination to any higher power. Such entities have full autonomy to govern their own territory, create laws, and conduct international relations.
But clearly you live in your own world, where Earth-laws and reality don't apply... I will leave you to it.

DID you read your AI answer... notice the words Nation State are never used because they were not ones...

"Free, sovereign, and independent states" refers to political entities with supreme, self-governing authority over their territory and people, free from external control, able to make their own laws, manage their affairs, conduct foreign relations, and exist as equals on the world stage, as defined in the U.S. Declaration of Independence. Essentially, they possess full autonomy and are recognized as legitimate nations.

They are just its... or the proper term non-recognized states...

When the 13 colonies declared independence, they weren't independent "nation-states" in the modern sense but were considered thirteen separate, sovereign entities or "Free and Independent States," each breaking from Britain to form a new union, eventually governed by the Articles of Confederation before the Constitution, functioning as individual states with their own governments but uniting for common purposes. They transitioned from British territories to a collection of independent states that chose to form a federation, not a single nation, initially.

We are TALKING about the 1783 Treaty of Paris.

It is only in your FANTASY, that THIS means a single sovereign nation.

Just like your fantasy about free, sovereign and independent states, being any different from nation states regarding national sovereignty.

THIS!

Treaty of paris3.png

They became 13 free, sovereign and independent STATES.

If you don't know what that means, GOOGLE IT!

"Free, sovereign and independent states" refers to political entities holding absolute authority over their own territory, government, and citizens, free from external control or interference.
Which is the OPPOSITE of THIS.

So that did NOT happen in the colonies.

Slavery did not happen in the colonies?
No, the colonies did not become a national union.

As shown, the 13 colonies became 13 sovereign nations in 1783; while the US government claims that the colonies became a national union in 1776.

And that DID NOT HAPPEN.
