I have notice over the years police unlike the military do not expect losses in personal... The military understands and expects loses in their operation but the police never do... I think this expectation of no losses leads to police shooting first and clear up any issues later...

That's a stupid statement. I can empathize with police having dealt with numerous violent people. Maybe try working in armed security and get back to us.
The most dangerous person is a scared policeman with a gun... He can kill and get away with it and we have seen it over and over in the deaths of Black men and boys... Policemen never try to deescalate the situations they get in. It becomes all about force and intimidation not de-escalation... Our soldiers were able to de-escalate conflict situations in foreign nations where men carrying guns and speaking a different so why not here... We need to end the militarization of the police and take back their military toys and end warrior training programs...
So police kill more black people then black people. Have you ever confronted criminals. The US hasn't won a war in seventy five years and American soldiers have killed lots of civilian's.
