Does anyone know if these amendments are valid? or where I could get an original source for these? It only links to its own site.

i'm definately no expert (i'm german) but a wikia fandom page sounds kinda fishy (@5fish, no offence intented) to me.

especially ...

ARTICLE the SIXTEENTH

Section 1. The right of citizens of the Confederate States, and being at least eighteen years of age, to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the Congress of the Confederate States on account of age, sex, ethnicitiy, or by reason of one’s political party, or Judeo-Christian religious affiliation, or one’s political or Judeo-Christian religious beliefs; but denial may be imposed for any of the following: an inability to read and write in the official language of the Confederate States, failure to pay taxes, being a recipient of public welfare, not yet completing two years after fully satisfying the terms of a bankruptcy agreement, or not yet completing five years after fully satisfying the terms of a prison sentence, this shall also include any period of parole.
Section 2. The Congress shall have the power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation.

... makes it look like a true fan page

... btw, the war was never about slavery

eta:

... and now, i'm going to include that csapedia into my search engine (just for the fun of it)

got it - they don't even hide it
The Confederate States Wikia pertains to a Confederate States that never was. It is non-politically correct, yet it is encyclopedic in nature, but fictional in most of its content, as it presents a CSA that won its war for independence. Articles present a world with a victorious Confederate States and include different subjects that relate to the CSA in some way or another.
this is what they have (among other stuff) about robert e lee:
Lee's Presidency is regarded as one of the best. Although the CSA's economy was facing recession and pressure from the north, Lee was a strong military leader who was able to inspire the Confederate people in a way that even Jefferson Davis couldn't. Despite being wildly popular, some in the deep south criticized Lee for being too soft on the preservation of slavery.
sorry, but you've been had fans

haven't read one of his so far
I have. I can not abide Newt's politics, but his Civil War books aren't too bad. They are largely based on the main battle being fought on the Pipe Creek line instead of in Gettysburg.
