not everybody has photoshop but there's a no cost alternative named photopea to ride this hobbyhorse. it can do a lot photoshop can (sadly *.tiff files don't really work) - it can do more than photoshop in some instances.
photopea is a web-based app so don't close it without having saved your work - there's no need to download anything
for those with no photoshop experience whatsoever start with the first tutorial - if you know what you are doing skip #1+2
