Slavery ended in the United States with the passage of the 13th Amendment...or did it?

Read the article and take the test... can you pass it? Remember one wrong answer and you fail...
as i've never been (or intent to be) a us citizen why would i? especially the state centered questions are no way in my knowledge to be answered properly
